At approximately 2:14 PM EST on Friday, April 18, 2025, while performing routine packaging duties, a team member discovered visible mold on the product within a unit of the Ny Sour Diesel 3.5g batch. Following standard protocol, all packaging operations for this batch were immediately ceased and a supervisor was notified. The presence of mold was confirmed, and the situation was brought under immediate control. A comprehensive assessment was conducted to determine the status of the entire batch. All affected product has since been identified, segregated, and quarantined at the cultivation facility and at all affected dispensaries. We are in the process of initiating a voluntary recall to expedite pickup and destruction of all affected product. This swift action was taken to ensure no affected product reaches the end consumer.
